This role is crucial in managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.Location: Park Royal4 days office. 1 day from home. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collection, and reconciliation. Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up as necessary. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare regular financial reports. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any billing issues. Conduct credit checks on new customers and set credit limits. Prepare and send out monthly statements to customers. Handle customer enquiries regarding invoices and payments. Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Assist with month-end closing activities and audits as required.
