Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Accounting Technician to play a key role in delivering high-quality financial support while contributing to new systems and processes.
About the Role
As an Accounting Technician, you will provide technical financial support across a wide range of accounting functions. This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple areas of finance and thrives in a developing environment.
You'll play a crucial part in ensuring financial data is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, while also helping build the systems and processes that will underpin our future success.
Key Responsibilities
- Process journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations accurately and efficiently.
- Manage payroll journals and reconcile PAYE, national insurance, and pension accounts.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoices and queries.
- Assist with the development and improvement of financial systems.
