Your new company is a well-established, independent London Market insurance brokerage with a strong European presence. The London Market division specialises in complex risk placements across Lloyd's and company markets, working closely with brokers, clients and insurers to deliver tailored outcomes.

Due to growth within the company's Commercial team, a role for a Commercial Account Handler has arisen.

In your new role as a Commercial Account Handler, you will be working within the Wholesale Commercial team, where you will play a central role in delivering an excellent service to clients, colleagues and carriers alongside supporting the placement and ongoing servicing of complex commercial risks within the London Market. You will work closely with producing brokers, building and maintaining strong relationships while acting as a key point of contact for both brokers and insurers on a day-to-day basis.

You will be responsible for the full life cycle of both new business and renewal cases, from initial engagement through to completion. This will include gathering and assessing client requirements, marketing risks to insurers, negotiating terms and ensuring that the necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
