Your new job working as a Commercial Account Director/People Leader will be based in the City of London for an Independent Lloyd's Broker. Your new Brokers employ over 300 staff around the UK. They have grown rapidly in the last 20 years to become one of the top independent brokers in the UK dealing with over 16,000+ clients. Having completed numerous successful acquisitions, the company has secured further funding to continue its ambitious growth plans. They hold Chartered Insurance Broker status, awarded in recognition of their commitment to maintaining the highest standards in many areas.

Due to growth within their UK Retail Commercial and Corporate division, a permanent role for a Commercial Account Director / Team Leader has arisen.

Your new role as a Commercial Account Director / Team Leader means that you will be managing a large book of commercial insurance business with a focus on new business growth and client impact, as well as team leading responsibility. This will include managing a book of business of circa £250k for commercial insurance business, with a strong focus on new business growth and client impact. The successful candidate will also lead a small team (up to 8 direct reports), primarily Account Executives.
