Your new role
/n As a highly experienced Project Management professional, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of this flagship project. Operating at a senior level, you will lead complex workstreams, ensuring all elements are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

/n

This is a fully site-based role in Taymouth, requiring presence five days per week, with working hours Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm (with an earlier finish on Fridays).

/n

Key responsibilities will include:

/n

/n
- Leading the delivery of large-scale, complex project components within a multi-billion-pound programme
/n
- Managing senior stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams on-site
/n
- Driving project governance, planning, and execution across all stages
/n
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
/n
- Proactively managing risk, issues, and dependencies
/n
- Embedding best practice project management methodologies across the programme
/n
- Contributing to strategic decision-making at programme level /n

What you'll need to succeed
/n To be successful, you will be a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience delivering large-scale, high-value projects, ideally within infrastructure, construction, or engineering environments.

- A proven track record of delivering complex, high-budget (£100m+ ideally) projects
/n
- Strong leadership experience managing large, on-site teams and multiple stakeholders
/n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including at senior/executive level
/n
- Deep understanding of project governance frameworks and methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
/n
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and contracts
/n
- The ability to thrive in a demanding, site-based environment with long working hours
/n
- Relevant certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or equivalent) will be highly advantageous. /n
