We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed pastoral professional with academic mentoring skills, keen to develop their career at Broadway Academy. This role provides a unique opportunity to impact positively the academic, social and emotional outcomes for our KS5 students.

The Team
- You will be part of the sixth form leadership team, working closely with the Deputy Head, Head of Sixth Form and teaching staff to ensure high standards of conduct, attendance and academic progress.
- The post holder will be actively involved in the development and implementation of strategies to ensure our students achieve their full potential whilst at Broadway Academy, preparing them for their next steps after sixth form.
- The team supports a flourishing enrichment programme with sixth formers volunteering as mentors to students in the lower school.
