Are you passionate about supporting individual learners to thrive?We're working with a welcoming primary school in Severn Beach, Bristol to recruit a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturing learning environments.�? Your Role Will Include:
- Providing tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
- Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
- Building a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
- Supporting emotional regulation and social development
- Assisting with classroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion

- A caring, empathetic, and patient approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs – highly desirable
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – an advantage, but not essential
