Your new company is a well-established national housebuilder seeking an experienced Labourer to support their team on a busy new-build housing development in Cumbria. This is a short-term freelance assignment with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to work on a fast-paced residential site.
Your new role involves supporting the site team with general labouring duties, ensuring the project remains clean, safe, and organised. Daily duties will include:
- Site tidying and welfare maintenance
- Assisting trades and subcontractors
- Moving and unloading materials
- Keeping work areas clear and safe
- Supporting the Site Manager as required
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site
What you'll need to succeed:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous experience working on construction sites
- Strong work ethic and reliability

- PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots)
