Your New Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join a busy site team.
You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality cleaning service, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards while providing excellent customer service to building users.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver cleaning services in line with contractual requirements and site standards.
Work in accordance with legislative regulations, including the correct use of colour-coded cleaning equipment.
Comply with all internal and external Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
Maintain stock levels and order cleaning consumables through the appropriate channels.
Operate cleaning machinery safely and in accordance with training and operational guidelines.
Ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness across all designated areas.
Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to building users.
Report any concerns, faults, damaged equipment or health and safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
Complete all allocated duties within the specified timescales and to a high standard.
Operate in accordance with company procedures, including the Soft Services Platform and associated handbook.

Previous cleaning or facilities experience is desirable but not essential.
Understanding of health and safety procedures within a cleaning environment.
