We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join a busy maintenance team delivering repairs and property maintenance services across residential homes throughout Hertfordshire. This is a long-term contract opportunity offering full-time hours, competitive rates and a consistent workload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out all aspects of carpentry maintenance and repairs
- Hanging and repairing doors, locks, skirting, architraves and kitchen units
- Undertaking responsive and planned maintenance works
- Completing basic multi-trade tasks when required
- Working within occupied residential properties
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a carpentry or multi-trade role
- Ability to carry out a range of maintenance repairs independently
- Experience working within domestic or social housing environments is desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
