Location: Welwyn Garden City
Pay Rate: £19.06 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week

Floor Layer Required - Immediate StartWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join a busy property maintenance team covering residential properties in and around Welwyn Garden City. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, secure work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, repair and replacement of a range of flooring materials.
- Working extensively with anti-slip flooring in kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms and communal areas.
- Floor preparation includes latex screeding and levelling.
- Carrying out vinyl, cap and cove, safety flooring and sheet flooring installations.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Floor Layer.
- Strong background fitting anti-slip/safety flooring.
- Experience working within social housing, domestic maintenance or property repairs environments.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
