Contract: 3-Month Rolling Contract with Potential for Extension or Permanent Appointment
Working Pattern: Full-Time, 37 Hours per Week, 5 Days On-Site

Your new role

As Housing & Customer Services Coordinator, you will act as a key point of contact for residents, providing a professional and efficient service across a range of housing and tenancy-related enquiries. Working closely with housing colleagues, contractors and external partners, you will ensure residents receive timely resolutions and an excellent customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a respected social housing provider on a 3-month rolling contract with the potential for extension or a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key duties will include:

• Acting as a first point of contact for resident enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face contact.
• Managing housing, tenancy and repairs-related queries.
• Coordinating service requests and appointments with contractors and internal teams.
• Supporting housing management colleagues with tenancy administration and customer service activities.
• Investigating and responding to customer complaints and service requests.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating housing management systems.
• Liaising with internal departments and external agencies to resolve resident issues.
• Supporting the delivery of high-quality customer service standards.
• Signposting residents to relevant services and support where appropriate.
• Assisting with general housing administration and service improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within customer service, housing, tenancy support or administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Confidence using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Social housing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
