UX/UI Designer & User Researcher | SC Cleared Rate: £450 candidate rate Location: London / Corsham Working arrangement: Hybrid, with occasional travel to London/Corsham IR35 status: Inside IR35 Clearance: SC Clearance required Your new company You'll be working on digital products and services within a secure, highly regulated environment. The role supports the design and delivery of user-centred digital services across Power Platform, ServiceNow and other enterprise digital solutions. Your new role As a UX/UI Designer & User Researcher, you'll be responsible for ensuring digital products and services are user-centred, intuitive, accessible and aligned with business outcomes. This is a blended role covering user research, UX and UI design, giving you the opportunity to take insights from research through to wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, business analysts and end users to understand needs, test assumptions and design solutions that balance user experience, business objectives and technical constraints. Key responsibilities User Research Plan and conduct user interviews, workshops, surveys, observation sessions and usability testing. Create user personas, user journeys, empathy maps and service blueprints. Identify user pain points, opportunities and unmet needs. Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable insights. Present research findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders. UX Design Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs. Define intuitive navigation structures and user journeys. Design solutions that reduce complexity and improve task completion. Apply User-Centred Design principles throughout the product lifecycle. Validate designs through user testing and iterative feedback.
