An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Experience Support Representative to join a well-established and growing business. Working within a fast-paced customer-focused environment, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey, managing customer enquiries, coordinating service activities, and supporting operational processes from initial contact through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple departments while building strong customer relationships and ensuring service excellence.

Your new role
As a Customer Experience Support Representative, you will act as a primary point of contact for customers and manage their experience throughout various project stages. Your responsibilities will include case management, handling customer enquiries, managing work in progress, coordinating spare parts quotations and orders, processing purchase orders and requisitions, supporting account set-up activities, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will also liaise closely with internal teams including operations, stores, logistics and finance to ensure smooth service delivery, whilst proactively resolving issues and escalating complaints when required. KPI achievement and relationship management will form a key part of the role.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience in a customer-facing, customer service, customer support or account management role within a busy commercial environment. You will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

You will also have:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• Experience using Sage 50, Sage 200 or similar ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
