Your new role
This is a rare opportunity for an established product leader who wants to operate at the point where strategy, commercial performance and customer value converge. As Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of a substantial portfolio of products and services, defining its strategic direction while ensuring it continues to meet the evolving needs of customers operating in a complex and highly regulated environment. You will be responsible for shaping product roadmaps, driving investment decisions and ensuring the portfolio delivers sustainable growth, strong financial performance and measurable customer outcomes. Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will develop and execute portfolio strategies informed by customer insight, market intelligence, competitor activity and commercial opportunity. You will lead business case development for new product investment, sponsor major development initiatives and play a pivotal role in determining where future resources and investment should be directed.
