Interim Finance Assistant Taunton, Somerset Up to £25 per hour Immediate Start 5 Days Per Week Onsite
A well-established manufacturing business in Taunton is seeking an experienced Interim Finance Assistant to join the team on an immediate basis.Initially engaged on a timesheet basis, there is potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
- Cash allocation
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Previous Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeping experience
- Sage 200 experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
Additional Information
- Up to £25 per hour
- Immediate start available
- 5 days per week onsite in Taunton
- Manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Potential opportunity to secure a permanent role
