You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking People team, working closely with senior stakeholders to help build the leadership and organisational capability needed for long-term success.
Your new role
As Interim Talent Partner (maternity cover), you will play a key role within the People function, helping to shape and embed a global approach to talent, succession planning and performance management.
Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you will design and implement frameworks that strengthen organisational capability, support leadership development and build sustainable talent pipelines. You will contribute to the development of a consistent talent infrastructure that enables business performance and supports future growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing talent management and succession planning frameworks across the organisation.
- Identifying critical roles, capability gaps and succession priorities.
- Facilitating talent review processes and supporting strategic workforce planning.
- Supporting the design and implementation of performance management frameworks.
- Partnering with business leaders to enhance talent assessment and performance differentiation.
- Driving alignment between performance, development and reward outcomes.
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of talent management technology platforms.
