Your new role
Working as a temporary receptionist, you will be responsible for
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries
- Booking meeting rooms and coordinating visitor access
- Handling incoming and outgoing posts
- Maintaining reception and communal areas
- Providing administrative support to office teams
- Assisting with data entry and general office duties as required
Car ownership is highly recommended due to the location of the office.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous reception, front-of-house, customer service, or administrative experience
- Professional and confident communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to undertake short-notice assignments
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start ASAP, £12.71 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
