We're recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established, values-driven organisation. This is a varied generalist role with a strong employee relations focus, supporting managers across a diverse workforce and helping deliver high-quality people service.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary and performance matters
- Providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers
- Supporting policy implementation and employment law compliance
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration
- Producing HR reports and contributing to continuous improvement projects
About you:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Officer role
- Strong employee relations and absence management experience
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
