These Staff Engineer roles can be offered hybrid in one of their UK hubs or can be worked UK remote (once per quarter office visit). It's about finding the right people and enabling them to thrive rather than dictating working patterns.
Your new role
This is an organisation experiencing significant growth across its engineering function. As part of that expansion, they are recruiting multiple Software Development Managers alongside several Staff Engineers, creating an excellent opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of the company's continued growth. You'll be working alongside some of the strongest technical talent in the business whilst helping shape the next phase of engineering maturity and scale.
As a Staff Engineer, you'll operate as one of the technical leaders within the engineering organisation, working across architecture, solution design, product delivery and software quality.
