A client of mine is looking for a hands-on SOC Analyst / Cyber Security Analyst to support their cybersecurity function.
The right candidate will have strong experience administering and securing Microsoft 365 environments.
Key Requirements
Proven commercial experience as a SOC / Cyber Security Analyst, within a large enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms including Microsoft Defender, Splunk, QRadar, CrowdStrike, or LogRhythm.
Comfortable with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) security.
Knowledge of network security, including protocols, encryption, firewalls, and security solutions such as Tanium.
Experience managing and administering IAM and Directory services.
Knowledge of current cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and security frameworks.
Experience with Cloud Security across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.
Strong understanding of vulnerability management, threat actors, attack methodologies, infection vectors, and incident investigation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Flexibility to go on-site in London

Immediately Available
Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, SC-200, SC-300, AZ-500, or similar.
Previous experience within Higher Education, Public Sector or a large complex enterprise environment.
