An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading facilities management organisation, overseeing a portfolio of six sites across the UK. This is a high-profile account offering the chance to lead a skilled engineering team while delivering outstanding operational performance and client service.
Your New Role
As Contract Manager, you will take responsibility for the delivery of integrated Facilities Management services across a multi-site portfolio, with a primary focus on sites in Slough and Altrincham. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure contractual compliance, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and drive continuous improvement across the account.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operational delivery across six UK sites.
- Leading, developing, and motivating a multi-skilled engineering team.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, statutory, and contractual requirements.
- Monitoring financial performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Driving service improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Supporting strategic planning and future growth of the contract.

- Proven experience in a Contract Manager or senior Facilities Management leadership role.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management experience.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgets and contract performance.
