Your new company An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially minded Financial Business Partner to join a growing organisation, reporting directly to the Head of Operational Finance. This is a highly visible role that will see you partnering with senior operational and commercial stakeholders across the business, providing strategic financial insight, robust financial planning and analysis, and supporting key decision-making to drive growth, profitability and operational performance. Your new role You will take ownership of financial reporting, forecasting and performance analysis across designated contracts, ensuring senior leaders have access to accurate and meaningful financial information. You will play a key role in supporting contract bids, business development opportunities and account growth initiatives, building sophisticated financial models, evaluating commercial opportunities and helping to shape strategic business decisions. The position will also involve leading budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering detailed variance analysis, supporting year-end activities and audits, and identifying opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency and cost control throughout the organisation.
