Hays Education is working exclusively with a successful and expanding tutoring provider in West Yorkshire to recruit a Senior Corporate Services Assistant.This is a varied role at the heart of the business, supporting the day-to-day running of the centre whilst helping to drive student growth, maintain high operational standards and provide outstanding support to families, schools and tutors.The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Manager and wider corporate team, taking ownership of key administrative, safeguarding and customer service responsibilities. The Role You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre and supporting students throughout their learning journey.Your responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating designated projects and areas of responsibility. Managing enquiries from prospective families and converting enquiries into booked assessments. Conducting initial assessments and reassessments for students. Supporting the enrolment and onboarding of new students, whilst building positive relationships with parents, guardians, schools and external agencies.
