Your new roleCovering maternity, you'll be responsible for :
- Deliver day-to-day compensation advisory support to HR Business Advisors and the wider business.
- Provide compensation analysis and practical recommendations to support business decisions.
- Apply strong analytical skills alongside an understanding of compensation principles and practices.
- Use external market data and intelligence to inform compensation decisions.
- Support year-end compensation processes, including salary and bonus reviews.
- Contribute to regulatory and governance requirements relating to compensation.
- Ensure compensation decisions are consistent, well-controlled and aligned with business priorities.
You'll ideally have worked in a financial services organisation and have experience of supporting compensation-related activities, including new hire offers, promotions, transfers, budget allocation and forecasting. You'll have a strong analytical background and be comfortable making recommendations to HR advisors.
