Hays Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to work within a specialist educational setting in the Coleshill area. We welcome applications from experienced SEN Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Support Workers, Care Workers, Youth Workers, and Behaviour Mentors.
You'll be supporting pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties, and Complex Needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Promoting engagement and participation in lessons
- Assisting with behavioural and emotional support
- Building positive relationships with students and staff
- Supporting personal care where required
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
