About the Role:
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will step into classrooms across a range of subjects, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring students continue to make progress in the absence of their usual teacher.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons using work set by the school.
- Create a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Adapt confidently to different schools, subjects, and year groups.
- Provide clear handover notes at the end of each day.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Experience teaching within UK Secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
