Hays is currently working with multiple schools across Rugby who are looking for EYFS Teaching Assistants, both qualified and non-qualified, to work within their EYFS/ Reception classes. You are able to work to suit your needs and a work-life balance by working on a part-time or full-time basis and, dependent on your preference, you can work on day-to-day bookings or more long-term positions.
Your new role
To succeed, you will need to be energetic, nurturing and have a passion for understanding and listening to the needs of the children. You must be patient and empathetic, and willing to adapt your teaching style to the different abilities of the children. You must be willing to help make this classroom an inviting area for the children to learn through play.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you must have recent experience working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant or within a nursery which we are able to reference. Hays welcomes all candidates whether you are qualified or unqualified! You must be approachable and have a calm and understanding approach to working with children.
