The Opportunity
No two days in supply teaching are the same. You'll have the chance to work in a variety of primary schools across Tunbridge Wells, gaining experience across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 while making a meaningful difference to pupils' learning. From day-to-day cover to longer-term assignments, we'll work with you to find opportunities that match your availability and preferences. What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or currently working towards it
- Experience teaching within primary schools
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confidence delivering engaging lessons across a range of year groups
- A flexible, positive and professional approach
