We're seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 2nd Line support within a fast-paced IT environment. You'll act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, delivering excellent customer service while supporting users across multiple locations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years' experience in a 2nd Line / Tier 2 Service Desk role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Azure AD and Intune
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
- Experience working with ITSM tools and SLA-driven environments
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills
