We're looking for a customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy IT team in York.
Acting as the first point of contact for IT support, you'll provide first-line technical assistance, manage incidents and service requests, and help ensure users receive a professional and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
- Log, prioritise and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Windows-based environments.
- Manage user access requests and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Assist with IT asset management and hardware deployments.
- Escalate complex issues to specialist teams where required.
About You
- Previous customer service or support experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
- Organised, proactive and keen to develop a career in IT.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Previous Service Desk or Helpdesk experience.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools and SLAs.
