Your new company
We are currently recruiting experienced Handymen / Multi-Skilled Operatives to work across a number of large new-build housing developments throughout North Wales.
You will be working on busy residential sites carrying out general maintenance, finishing and snagging works to ensure properties are completed to a high standard and ready for handover.
Your new role
- General handyman and multi-skilled works
- Completing snagging and finishing works on new-build properties
- Basic joinery and carpentry repairs
- Adjusting doors, handles, locks and ironmongery
- Minor patch repairs and making good
- Basic painting and decorating touch-ups
- Filling holes, cracks and imperfections
- Silicone and sealant works
- Fixing and replacing fixtures and fittings
- Assisting with final property inspections and handovers
- Completing minor repairs identified on snagging lists
- Supporting other trades where required
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Following site Health & Safety procedures at all times
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous handyman, multi-trade or snagging experience
- Experience on new-build housing developments highly desirable
- Valid CSCS card
- Good all-round practical and maintenance skills
