The team acts for a prestigious insurer and corporate client base, handling a broad range of complex property damage and insurance disputes across the UK. This role is open to retrains for those with previous insurance litigation, clinical negligence or group litigation experience and a keen interest in this area of law. Your new role You will manage your own caseload of property damage claims whilst supporting senior colleagues on larger and more complex losses.
