Telefundraising Executive
Role Purpose
* Make outbound calls to supporters and potential donors.
* Help generate essential income to support services for people with sight loss.
* Deliver excellent supporter care while achieving fundraising targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound fundraising and supporter engagement calls.
* Promote fundraising campaigns, lotteries, Gift Aid and legacy giving.
* Meet individual and team income targets.
* Build positive relationships with supporters.
* Maintain accurate database records.
* Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and best practice.
* Provide feedback to improve campaign performance.
Essential Experience
* Customer service, sales, fundraising, marketing or call centre experience.
* Experience working to targets and achieving results.
* Confident using databases and Microsoft Office.
* Ideally experienced in outbound calling.
Essential Skills
* Friendly, confident and professional telephone manner.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, organised and reliable.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Able to work with targets, data and performance metrics.
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
Desirable
* Charity or fundraising experience.
* Understanding of donor retention and income generation
