Somerset | Hybrid Working (3 Days On-Site, 2 Days WFH)
£28,000 Pro Rata (£14.80 per hour)Are you an organised and proactive HR professional looking for your next temporary opportunity? We are supporting a well-known employer in Somerset with the recruitment of a Temporary HR Administrator to provide essential support during a busy seasonal period.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and fast-paced HR team, where you will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee administration activities.What you'll be doing:
- Supporting high-volume seasonal recruitment campaigns
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters
- Preparing employment contracts and offer documentation
- Conducting Right to Work checks
- Processing starter information and maintaining employee records
- Monitoring and coordinating completion of mandatory online training
- Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
- Providing administrative support to the HR Business Partner team
- Assisting with a variety of general HR administration tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous HR administration experience
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider HR team
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
