This South East London-based housebuilder delivers a range of developments across South East London and North Kent, including apartment schemes, mixed-use projects and private residential builds. Project sizes typically range from 15 to 120 homes.
The business has built strong, long-standing relationships with local housing associations, providing a healthy pipeline of upcoming work. They have a close-knit team, a loyal subcontractor network and excellent staff retention. With 10 live sites currently underway and another three due to start shortly, they are continuing to grow and are now looking to appoint a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to help manage the increasing workload and take commercial responsibility for one of their flagship developments.
The role will be mainly office-based, with site visits as and when required.
Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will work as part of an experienced team of 5 directly responsible for managing your own project, reporting monthly to a commercial director.
