Your new company This well-established South East London contractor has been delivering refurbishment, fit-out and renovation projects for more than 50 years. Working across both public and private sectors, they have built a strong reputation for quality delivery within housing, education, healthcare, heritage, commercial and public buildings. Their projects are varied, ranging from smaller specialist refurbishments through to regeneration and remodelling schemes, often incorporating new-build elements. Typical project values range from £50k to £5m, with a healthy pipeline of work secured through repeat business, long-standing client relationships and public sector frameworks. With a stable management team and a strong order book, they continue to grow whilst maintaining the collaborative culture of a successful regional contractor, hence the need to strengthen the commercial team. Your new role Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll take responsibility for the commercial management of a range of commercial refurbishment new build projects across the housing, education, healthcare hospitality sectors.
