As part of the Leadership Team, you will drive quality improvement, oversee safeguarding practices, and help embed a culture of continuous learning across services. You will lead audits, safeguarding compliance, incident investigations, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development activities to ensure safe, effective, and compliant service delivery.
