Your new role This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership and making a real impact. You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the purchase ledger, ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and on time while maintaining strong working relationships across the business. Working within a close-knit team, you'll enjoy a varied role that goes beyond traditional purchase ledger duties, with involvement in stock management, month-end activities, and providing support to the wider finance function. This position would suit a proactive individual who takes pride in delivering accurate work, improving processes, and keeping the department running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of the end-to-end purchase ledger process. Process, code, and match supplier invoices accurately and efficiently. Record purchases (stock) and maintain accurate stock records within the system. Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies if they arise.
