Your new company A leading national hospitality and property organisation is seeking a Property Surveyor to join its established Property team. Responsible for a diverse portfolio of commercial assets, the organisation is renowned for investing in its estate and creating successful, sustainable locations across the UK. Your new role As Property Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining a varied property portfolio across the Home Counties and Northamptonshire. Working closely with operational stakeholders, you'll provide professional surveying expertise to protect and enhance the value of the estate.Key responsibilities will include: Undertaking property inspections, condition surveys and defect diagnosis. Specifying, procuring and managing repair, maintenance and improvement works. Managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes. Providing technical advice on building-related matters and statutory compliance. Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring works are delivered to time, cost and quality expectations. Preparing reports, specifications and schedules of work. Supporting investment projects, refurbishments and property improvement initiatives.
