Your new role As the Private Equity Tax Lead, you will take ownership of developing and delivering the firm's private equity tax proposition. In this strategic and client-facing role, you will: Lead tax advisory projects across the private equity lifecycle, including structuring, due diligence, management incentivisation and post-deal planning. Advise both private equity funds and their portfolio companies on UK corporate and shareholder tax matters. Build and grow long-term relationships with key clients, investors and intermediaries. Collaborate closely with the corporate finance and broader advisory teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
