Your new company
A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property team. With a strong reputation for client service and a supportive working culture, the firm offers an excellent environment for legal professionals looking to develop their careers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Your new role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad mix of matters including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, new-build properties and shared ownership matters.
Alongside delivering an excellent client experience, you will be responsible for progressing transactions efficiently, maintaining compliance standards and supporting the continued success of the wider property team. There will also be opportunities to become involved in business development activities and assist with mentoring less experienced colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional or an experienced non-qualified Conveyancer with a proven background handling a full residential conveyancing caseload.
You should have strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process, including Land Registry procedures and SDLT requirements, together with the ability to manage files independently and work towards performance targets. Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills are essential.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will join a supportive and well-respected law firm that is committed to employee development and wellbeing. You'll benefit from a competitive salary, flexible and hybrid working arrangements, genuine opportunities for career progression, enhanced family-friendly policies, healthcare and wellbeing support, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career within a collaborative team that values high-quality client service while promoting a healthy work-life balance.
