Your New Company

A well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment projects across the North West is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a social housing kitchen upgrade programme in Preston.

Your New Role

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a kitchen replacement scheme within occupied social housing properties.

Working closely with subcontractors, residents, and the wider project team, you will ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key duties will include

  • Managing all site activities and subcontractors
  • Monitoring programme and ensuring project milestones are achieved
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards
  • Conducting site inspections and quality checks
  • Liaising with tenants and client representatives
  • Managing site paperwork, reports, and RAMS
  • Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the refurbishment programme
