We're supporting a major organisation undergoing significant transformation and are looking for an experienced Portfolio Planning Reporting Lead to establish and enhance portfolio planning, performance management, resource forecasting, and reporting capabilities across a complex delivery environment. Contract: Inside IR35Duration: Until 31st March 2027 Location: Liverpool (2 days per week on-site) Rate: Competitive Day Rate Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated portfolio plans aligned to strategic objectives. Establish robust planning, forecasting, resource management, and dependency management processes. Deliver high-quality performance reporting, dashboards, and management information for senior leadership teams. Provide portfolio insights, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Drive improvements in governance, assurance, and delivery oversight. Identify and manage portfolio risks, issues, dependencies, and resource constraints. Lead the automation and enhancement of reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving data quality.
