Are you an experienced Plasterer looking to join a growing property maintenance team where your work has a direct impact on customers and communities?We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance works across residential properties and communal areas.
This role offers a varied workload, long-term stability, and the opportunity to work as part of a professional maintenance team.
The Role
As a Plasterer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services within occupied and void properties.
Travel between sites will be required, and no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance works to residential properties and communal areas.
- Preparing walls and ceilings for painting and finishing.
- Applying solid plastering and skim coats.
- Repairing damaged surfaces and patching holes.
- Restoring decorative cornices and finishes.
- Completing tiling and wet wall installations.
- Undertaking pre and post-work inspections and accurately recording outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have
- NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Plastering.
- Previous experience within social housing, property maintenance, repairs, or construction environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
