ROLE: Workplace Services Manager
HOURS: 40hrs per week | Mon-Fri
LOCATION: Perth and Kinross
We're looking for an experienced Workplace Services Manager to lead the effective delivery of facilities and workplace services, build trusted client relationships and create an exceptional customer experience across the site.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the workplace team, creating a flexible, engaged and customer-focused culture that reflects our purpose, values and behaviours.
- Plan and oversee hard and soft facilities services, ensuring all contractual commitments, KPIs, SLAs and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
- Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, stakeholders and service partners, acting as a trusted adviser and the primary point of contact for workplace services.
- Manage operational performance, suppliers, contractors, budgets, purchase orders and forecasting while identifying opportunities for savings, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain statutory, contractual, HR and QHSE compliance, leading the site response during incidents, emergencies, evacuations, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity events.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience managing complex workplace or facilities operations, with strong knowledge of both hard and soft services.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach, support and develop high-performing workplace teams.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with experience influencing clients, customers, suppliers and service partners.
- Sound commercial and financial-management capability, including budget ownership, cost control, forecasting and resource planning.
- A flexible, proactive and safety-conscious approach, combined with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
