Your new role
- As a Quality Manager, you will provide quality oversight across clinical activities and the Quality Management System (QMS). You will lead and support internal, external and vendor audits, manage quality events, CAPAs and root cause investigations, and contribute to regulatory inspection readiness activities. Working cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs and Quality teams, you will help drive compliance across GCP, GCLP and GVP activities while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Significant experience within Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or clinical research sectors.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, GCLP and GPvP requirements.
- Experience conducting internal, external and supplier audits.
- Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, CAPAs, deviation management, RCA and risk management tools.
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections and inspection readiness activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working within a fast-paced clinical development, pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Familiarity with eQMS platforms such as VeevaVault, TrackWise or MasterControl would be advantageous
- Hybrid working is possible, with a regular on-site presence. Applicants within reasonable commuting distance of the site are strongly encouraged to apply.
