Your New Role
As an Organisational Change & Communications Analyst, you will support change management and communications activities across a large-scale transformation programme. You will work with stakeholders across business, HR, product and programme teams to ensure successful adoption of technology and process changes. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and supporting organisational change and communications plans.
Supporting stakeholder engagement and change adoption activities.
Creating clear and engaging communications for diverse stakeholder groups.
Assessing change impacts and supporting engagement initiatives.
Working closely with programme, HR, product and business teams.
Supporting value realisation and adoption activities.
Ensuring change activities align with programme objectives.
Supporting delivery of technology and product-related transformation initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven experience in organisational change management.
Experience developing and delivering change and communications plans.
Background supporting technology or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working within HR transformation or technology-enabled HR change.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to work across business, technology and programme teams.
Experience supporting complex organisational change programmes.
