YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in procedures in line with safeguarding.
- Handling calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
- Updating pupil and staff records, including attendance, using systems such as iTrent/SIMS/Arbor and Microsoft Office.
- Supporting daily admin tasks such as filing, organising resources, and ordering stationery.
- Ensuring all work follows safeguarding, GDPR, and confidentiality procedures.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Previous school-based experience in a similar role - ESSENTIAL
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, professional attitude with clear communication skills
- A calm, reliable approach and the ability to multitask confidently
