We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established housing association in Nottingham on a temp-to-perm basis.The role will involve carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and associated work across social housing properties. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrician looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure permanent employment.

The Role:

  • Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance
  • Working across social housing properties in Nottingham
  • Diagnosing electrical faults and completing remedial works
  • Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Company van and fuel card provided from day one

Requirements:

  • 18th Edition - Essential
  • Level 3 Electrical Qualification - Essential
  • 2391 Inspection & Testing - Beneficial
  • AM2 - Beneficial
  • Previous experience in a similar electrical maintenance role
  • Social housing experience would be advantageous
